APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS
These are delicious, healthy and packed with nutrients to keep you full for hours.
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats, ground

3⁄4 cup white flour

1.5 tsp baking powder

1⁄2 tsp salt

1⁄2 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

1⁄3 cup apple sauce

1⁄3 cup maple syrup

1⁄3 cup Greek yogurt

1⁄3 cup milk
-
1⁄3 cup melted butter
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions ​

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients

Once combined, add the wet ingredients to the dry in a few strokes until just combined

Bake 350 °F for 15-18 minutes
