Ingredients:
Serves 1
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
2-3 tsp cream cheese
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp nut butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and stir well and let sit overnight.
